Road and storage trailers are 8 1/2' to 9 1/2' tall (from dock height), 96" or 102" wide with lengths ranging from 25' to 53'. Flatbed trailers are available in 40' to 53' lengths and widths of 96" to 102". Our trailers, as is all our equipment, are clean, dry and secure.
The advantages of a trailer over a ground level storage container are portability and accessibility. If loading dock height is a must or a move is anticipated, you need a trailer not a container. A trailer can be moved when it's loaded, can back door to door to another trailer and makes transferring goods from one trailer to another easier.
The difference between Road Trailers and Storage Trailers:
Road Trailers are registered but Storage Trailers typically are not. Road Trailers can be moved loaded from site to site, town-to-town or state-to-state. Storage Trailers can only be moved on site. If product, parts & supplies or merchandise are stored in the trailer later will be transported a Road Trailer is your best choice. If transportation is not a concern and a move will be needed only on site and loading dock height is still a preference you need a Storage Trailer. Storage Trailers are much more economical than Road Trailers.
