Allstate Container uses standard cargo containers in its' rental fleet. These giant, extremely strong, watertight containers are theft-proof and virtually impregnable. All of our rental units are painted gray and they all have an attractive appearance.
Our minimum rental is 3 months and to initiate a lease we request payment for 3 months rental and transportation expenses for delivery and pick up prior to delivery of the unit. Upon the completion of a signed lease agreement and the initial payments delivery will be made within 2-5 working days.
Customers will receive a monthly invoice from our Accounting Department. This invoice will be dated on, or around, the 15th with payment due by the 10th of the following month. The invoice will cover the monthly rental (1st-31st) for the month in which the invoice is printed. The first month of rental following the initial 3 months will be prorated. Payment must be submitted by personal or company check or money order. To end the lease, 2 weeks notice is required. The unit will be picked up in two weeks from the date lease ended.
Allstate Container will maintain the unit throughout the term of the rental period. If you need maintenance, simply give us a call and we will come out promptly. Regular maintenance repairs are free of charge for the life of the rental term.
